Sequence Diagrams for Confluence

This app is not useful and it's a real problem to actually edit sequences with it.

Doesn't support fully the syntax that is available on https://www.websequencediagrams.com/

Completely terrible - especially when compared to WebSequenceDiagrams. Extremely limited features.

  Thanks for your interest in Sequence Diagrams for Confluence, and I'm sorry to hear that it doesn't meet your needs.

  WebSequenceDiagrams certainly does have more features and styles, where as Sequence Diagrams for Confluence is intended more for quickly embedding simple sequence diagrams into Confluence pages.

  That said, there are some benefits that Sequence Diagrams for Confluence has over WebSequenceDiagrams, including:

  • Support for Confluence Cloud (as far as we're aware, the WebSequenceDiagrams Confluence plugin only supports Confluence Server?)
  • WebSequenceDiagrams Confluence Plugin sends data to www.websequencediagrams.com and returns an image, where as with our plugin no data leaves your Confluence instance. To have this level of data privacy/security with WebSequenceDiagrams requires either a locally installation or a Corporate edition.
