Zephyr - Test Management and Automation for Jira

It is good for test case management but not a good fit overall for automation.

use it for year now, found it really easy to integrate with Jira to track the user story and projects, keep all the test case organized and easily to filter

Very intuitive and easy to use. The call to test feature, customizable fields, ability to quickly select all test cases based on filters are very helpful.

I tried Zephyr and found it easy to use and well integrated with Jira. However, I decided not to adopt it because the licensing cost is based on all Jira users rather than just the QA team members who need it. For a team with only 4–5 QA engineers, the pricing was not cost-effective. I also found the feature set too basic for our testing and automation needs. Overall, it may be suitable for teams with simple requirements, but it was not the right fit for our organization.
