New API endpoint:
Added a new Public REST API paginated endpoint: GET /testrun/{testRunKey}/testresults/page. This is a paginated version of GET /testrun/{testRunKey}/testresults. Please update your automation to use the new paginated endpoint. The non paginated endpoint will be deprecated in a future release.

When cloning test cases, you can now choose whether to include test case traceability links.
Bug fixes
