Mapit for Jira

Hello. Tested the plugin with trial licence and run into a more tricky installation problem (undocumented requirement for the plugin.) Support did intensivly search for a solution and resolved it quickly. Thanks!

I'm trying to setup this add-on in Canada but it doesn't seem to be able to find addresses here. I have tried to contact support for ReSight but clicking on the support link takes you to a login page that I don't have credentials for (JSD). I unfortunately have to provide a one start at this point until I can get this working or get support. Do you have an email address that I can use to reach out?

  Edit, 2018-11-01: The address search issue has been fixed in version 1.8.2 of Mapit for Jira.

  Public signup for our service desk has also been enabled.

We tested Mapit for Jira and found it a great tool. No problems whilst using it. We wanted an improvement that GPS data would automatically be added to the fields in the ticket and ReSight implemented this functionality recently by adding that into the approporiate transition. Now we have a good solution to propose geotagging functionality to Jira. (In our case the client can send an Email with a photo attached to Jira with his mobile phone with GPS geotaging switched on which automatically creates a ticket within Jira and the appropriate entry in Mapit.)

I got "Error Could not load map source tiles. Check your internet connection" every single time i run this. Tried on different internet connections, different devices, and at many different times. It must have stopped being supported / developed. A great idea for an add-on though, I'd love to contribute somehow.
