    Issue Checklist can act as an Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, ToDo list or sub-tasks replacement. It allows users to watch the progress while succeeding items from the list are marked completed.

    There is no configuration required to start - just install, open an issue page and enjoy.

    Comprehensive JQL support and blocking issue transition (if not all checklist items are completed) help teams to follow agile practices and improve development workflow.

    Hi How do I check the condition that the issue checklist is completed or not ? Checklist Progress field only talks about the in progress count . I want to make sure all items in checklist are complete before the JIRA workflow moves to next status. Your documentation seems to be outdated as some of the fields you mentioned aren't there in the list of custom fields. Vaishali

    Recently this plugin breaks all CJK composite character inputs on Chrome with all operating systems. Please fix it. If we enter "체크리스트" in Korean it will be - "ㅊㅔㅋㅡㄹㅣㅅㅡㅌㅡ' Japanese also, 'チェックリスト' will be 'chえxtうkうrいsうtお'. Traditional chinese, '清單' will be 'q以ng打n'.

    By far, the easiest checklist ad-on for JIRA cloud. Just click and type, that's it. You can save your lists as templates, but to be honest, it is ridiculously simple to create a checklist, I probably won't use the templates much. It's very easy to quickly add list of things to be completed without having to drill down to the sub-task level. Pricing is very reasonable, IMO. The Checklists show on the Issues as expected, but also on the Item Detail panel on the Agile boards as well. I haven't had any problems with it so far and hasn't slowed down my connection to JIRA Cloud one bit. Excellent ad-on!

    This really fills the gap well for the times we don't want to make large amounts of sub-tasks, but still want to itemize and organize logical tasks within a project and visualize their completion. It's become an integral part of our agency's workflow!

    The best looking and most functional checklist plugin I've seen so far, unfortunately I can't use it as its only for Cloud. Would love to see this for on-prem.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud pricing is subscription based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for host products and apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud products and apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 host product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
    • If per-user pricing is not yet available for this app, please contact the vendor for further information.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Issue Checklist.
    4. Click Free trial to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
