I leverage Checklists for Jira(Pro) heavily as lightweight subtasks and for tracking critical installation steps of physical items. Checklist Pro gives me flexibility to have multiple sections of checklists, automations and a rich history of signoffs and papertrail to support Quality Assurance tracking of actions which eliminates paper tracking of installations. Support is top notch. The ability to get on a call at a scheduled time with a real person and work through issues is fantastic. The problem was not due to Checklist Pro, but Gracjan lived up to the business name of "herocoder" and helped me restore API functionality that had been lost due to a Jira update.

This is the best, bar far, checklist app for Jira, and greatly helps make planning for devs, qa and owners easier and more efficient. With the perfect balance between simple and complex, everyone in the team finds a way to use this plugin, well worth its cost.

It's been a great help for us. There are a few quirks like having to add a label to make a checklist appear with an automation but overall teams love it and it is one of people's favorite features in JSM.
