Checklists for Jira (Pro) by HeroCoders

This is the best, bar far, checklist app for Jira, and greatly helps make planning for devs, qa and owners easier and more efficient. With the perfect balance between simple and complex, everyone in the team finds a way to use this plugin, well worth its cost.

It's been a great help for us. There are a few quirks like having to add a label to make a checklist appear with an automation but overall teams love it and it is one of people's favorite features in JSM.

It's a great app for checklist with lots of customization. It's the best checklist addon I've seen. Downside. There is only one downside, that is with statuses. There is no ability to have statuses customize per project and open/done are mandatory. If you want a check list that is pass/fail for example, you have to have open, done, pass, fail as the options and it is applied globally to all projects.

Very useful application. It really makes our job a lot easier. We use it in two ways: 1. As a reminder, to ensure that we will not forget steps on specific processes. 2. Issue Analysis Approval: There is an Approval list, consisting of several Depts Managers and we use it to ensure that all members of the list accept this analysis before proceed in the next JIRA Status (Implementation).
