Rotate your photos 90, 180, 270 degrees with high speed, keeping image quality and metadata with CelesteCS Rotator

Rotate Images Lossless

Rotate your images 90, 180, 270 degrees with high speed and keeping original image quality. Image is not recoded and rotation is performed via special lossless block transformation, which helps to preserve the quality.

Keep Images’ Metadata

Don’t lose Author, Date Created, GPS, Camera Model and other image information after rotation. EXIF, IPTC and XMP data is slightly updated (dimensions are swapped when image is rotated) and written to the target file.

Fix Images’ Orientation

Fix image orientation automatically with a single button click. EXIF Orientation tag, which is written by most modern cameras and smartphones, is read and the photo is rotated for correct orientation.

More details

Rotate your photos 90, 180 and 270 degrees with high speed, keeping image quality and metadata with CelesteCS Rotator. Don’t lose even small details of the image and keep Author, GPS, Camera Model and other image information untouched. JPEG file rotation is performed without recompressing the image data by updating JPEG matrices only. That helps make rotation process fast and lossless. EXIF, IPTC and XMP data is slightly updated (as dimensions are changed when image is rotated 90 or 270 degrees) and copied to the target file. That allows you to delete original image file from Confluence to save storage space. EXIF Orientation tag, which is written by most modern cameras and smartphones, is used to fix photo orientation.
