I’ve used Risk Register in a few organizations, both on Jira Data Center and Cloud. It’s worked well for different project and quality managers requirements + myself administering it. Does what it needs to and is easy to bring in to different project configs.

The Risk Register add-on has helped us manage our risks better and created visibility across the organization. The support from Craig and David has been great with regards to addressing any issues we experience and able to assist to resolve timeously.
