    Installation was a nightmare. I had to have someone from support do it for me using TeamViewer. But more importantly, without an ability to link back to an outlook email, this is useless. It goes just one way. You use outlook to write tasks. But once an email is linked to a task, there is no way to refer back to the email.

    I have been using "Outlook App for Jira" by Yasson for several years and have had the experience that problems always arose after Microsoft updates were installed or a Outlook version change took place. The pre-installed test versions of MS-Office are also difficult, which unfortunately were never completely removed from the computer by the MS de-installation routine. But Yasoon's support is prepared for this, so it never took long until the app did what it was supposed to do again. Therefore, full score for Yasoon´s app and support.

    We have been using the "Outlook App for Jira" from Yasson for 2 years now with different versions of MS-Outlook and also in different countries with corresponding country-specific settings. There have been repeated problems, which had to do with the respective installations of Outlook. Thanks to the prompt and almost anytime reachable support all these problems could be solved in shortest time. Even problems with "Registry" entries, which are left over from insufficiently uninstalled Outlook versions (thanks Microsoft!!!), were identified by the specialists on Yasoon as the cause of runtime problems and fixed. We are not only convinced of this product because of its outstanding service, we are also convinced of the performance of the tool because it makes our daily work much easier, faster and more secure. Wir benutzen die "Outlook App for Jira" von Yasson nun inzwischen seit 2 Jahren mit verschiedenen Versionen von MS-Outlook und auch in verschiedenen Ländern mit entsprechenden landestypischen Einstellungen. Dabei ist es wiederholt zu Problemen gekommen, die jedes Mal mit den jeweiligen Installationen von Outlook zu tun hatten. Dank des prompten und nahezu jederzeit erreichbaren Supports konnten all diese Probleme in kürzester Zeit behoben werden. Selbst Probleme mit „Registry“-Einträgen, die von mangelhaft deinstallierten Outlookversionen (Danke Microsoft!!!) übrig geblieben sind, wurden von den Spezialisten on Yasoon als Ursache für Laufzeitprobleme identifiziert und behoben. Wir sind von diesem Produkt aber nicht nur wegen des herausragenden Service überzeugt, wir sind vor allem von der Performance des Tools überzeugt. weil es unsere tägliche Arbeit wesentlich erleichtert, beschleunigt und sicherer macht.

    Great app for our daily business. We use it a lot because a great slice of our customors is unable / unwillingly to use the support portal. Also a lot of communication with external partners is added to our jira issues with "a click". Also they have a really great support. They react fast and take the issues very seriously.

    Very nice product when works, half the time doesn't even install properly - just spinning there for days. No answer from support for almost a week.

    Nice and handy plugin, that simplifies the work with jira a lot. So you don't have to change applikations to start issues in Jira all the time. Last but not least there is a great developer team behind the plugin. They reacted fast and uncomplicated to our needs. We use Outlook over Citrix Apps on terminalservers and centralized AppData-Folders for the users witch is a bit of a problem sometimes... But it works! So, by the way, this plugin is Citrix- and terminalserver ready. ;o) For outlook-users this is a must have.

    Awesome plugin that really boosted our effectivity - creating & adding issues with a single click plus a nicely designed issue feed that enables you to quickly edit recently changed issues.     How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
