Microsoft 365 for Jira (Outlook Email, Teams, Calendar)

We've been using "Microsoft 365 for Jira" by Yasoon for a number of years now. It's been a great tool for our support workflow, especially the Outlook to Jira component and Teams integrations. In the rare instances we've had issues, the Yasoon team has been extremely helpful and responsive. Working with them has been one of the best support experiences I've had from any vendor. I highly recommend this Jira add-on.

This app has had a positive impact on our team's communication and collaboration. Team members are able to more seamlessly communicate with other users directly from Jira issues to Teams. It has also greatly assisted team members who previously would search for related Jira issues related to emails via the Jira search feature, but now can search directly from the yasoon app Microsoft 365 for Jira Outlook add on in the side panel. Further, the ability to document key decisions and updates made within Outlook and/or Teams has been very helpful. The app's customer service has also been great!
