It's actually because of Yasoon that we use Jira at all. When our team started to grow, we needed a straightforward project management tool, ideally one that sits inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We wanted a project management tool that would reinforce Teams as our main communication hub rather than create a parallel channel. We started with Microsoft Planner, but quickly found it too basic. Yasoon gave us access to everything Jira offers while keeping communication centralised in Teams. We have actually disabled the comments feature in Jira entirely and handle all discussion in Teams. Once a ticket is set up, the conversation stays there. The two-way sync with Microsoft To Do is another feature I like - and unlike other 2-way sync tools does not break over time. From To Do, you can change the status directly or click straight through to the relevant item in Jira. Finally, we have been pleasantly surprised by the support team. Very responsive, and obviously on Teams Yasoon is one of those tools that once you start using, you don't want to work without it anymore. And in full disclosure, we receive a discount for writing this review, but I wouldn't have said anything different without it.

Yasoon has been a game changer for us in helping provide IT and enterprise-level support across our company. This plugin is one of if not the only good teams plugins out there. I love the fact that it adds a app on the side and it makes it so easy for people to submit requests. Highly recommend this app one of the best i've seen in a long time.
