Es la mejor opcion gratuita que probé, lo único malo es que no se logra integrar el resultado de la encuesta a los dashboards nativos de jira.

There are few things which seems quite disappointing: 1. There is no possibility change or amend survey email 2. Survey text cannot be fully localized, some parts are hardcoded ( for example "Please take a survey") 3. Survey cannot be resend after some time period automatically if receiver haven't answered it. 4. Unstable work, - survey feedback information disappears even though survey is create and its Status is "on". Project Survey page information "Loads..." and cannot be loaded. These are my notifications during trial month. Thank You.,

I appreciate communication with the support - super fast responses. Some of functionalities our customer wants are not available yet and they are on the list to be done by vendor, but not known date yet (satisfaction yes/no to be possible translate to other languages and so; workaround is the create our own custom fields, but it makes a little mess in reports as custom fields are all in one column and cannot switch off stars using for the customers). App is pretty easy to setup even though I´d like to have some html blueprints... But I liked it in general and will present my test result of this app to other our customers, who might like it as well…
