Just doesn't work. Content is displayed as a grey box with an option to open it in a new tab. I could have done it with just adding a link to the page, no app needed. On another test page I did manage to view some content but then like mentioned by others here, got an infinite redirect. It said that I was signed off while I obviously was signed in, checked many times.

As mentioned by a number of others, this works if you close all confluence sessions and reload again, then either type /google or paste a link in directly. However, I also get continuous re-authentication and session expired notices and it's made the app completely unusable for me.

Feature request: A widget to show a filtered list of documents. Use case: I want to list all documents in a given Google Drive folder. Current solution: for each document paste a link to it in a bullet list. This is aweful :/

Once you figure out how it works, it's not bad. Hint to Atlassian: provide even some minimal documentation for this . Simply pasting in a shared link from Google drive works. What does not appear to work is trying to use the Insert macro. The resulting dialog seems broken. Pasting in a link does not allow you save and preview does not work.

This plugin is great! As some reviewers mentioned there isn't much indication on how to use it, but that's because it's as easy as copy/pasting google drive links into your Confluence docs.

what about the most important "Google Drive" type PDF ??? right now i need to attached a pdf to a confluence page -- which is redundant -- and it wastes space -- we need an ability to better integrate with google drive ! UPDATE 8/12/2015 -- thank you so much for the fix PDFs from Google Drive work excellent!!!

Hi Ed, thanks for the feedback.

I opened new feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-38077 for pdf support. Please upvote it (once there enough upvotes I'll do it).

Edit 1: This has been fixed. Please let me know if pdf previews now work for you and re-rate plugin if they do ;-)

    Edit 2: Thanks!!!

Works pretty well, but each instance appears to be taking up more article real estate than I'm configuring it to. As an example, I'm wanting to create a preview of 5 documents (each at 400x500px), though when saved, there's some pretty significant whitespace in between each section. Might be user error, might be something else. Screenshots: http://i.imgur.com/W4qqADj.jpg http://i.imgur.com/JeLQVtF.jpg Edit: Thanks for the fix, it's a beauty!

    Hi Ryan,

I have reports of similar issue with width/height. It's not user error.

I think I should be able to fix that early next week.

Edit: This has been fixed. Please let me know if it works well for you and re-rate if it does ;-)

Loved this for the on-demand service. Gutted to find out that this isn't available for Self-hosted. Any chance of that changing in future Atlassian? The only other option in the store is a bit of a joke tbh :/ Fingers crossed for a native option,

Seems to do what it says, I was easily able to embed a Drive Doc into a Confluence page. Adjusting the width/height wasn't too difficult either. Haven't tried other file types yet, but we'll usually be using Docs rather than spreadsheets/presentations anyway. Edit: Updated to 4 stars :)
