Works great in Chrome, there's a problem in Safari though - there are some authentication issues, Google keeps asking me to log in, then logs me out immediately. Any plans on enabling this plugin in Safari?

Once the file is linked to the page the functionality works great. Good preview shows up in the page editor and it works well after publishing. Really like the full-screen mode. The one thing holding this back from 4 stars from me is that when you're adding a Google drive file to your page you need to open the file in another tab/window and copy/paste the URL of the file into the macro. You can't browse and search your Google drive (both My Drive and Shared Drives) from within Confluence to select the file (and possibly folder in the future?) you want to embed.

Does not work. We are unable to find any Macros relating to Google or Drive. Using Google Chrome browser.

This works with the inline macro (by typing "/" and search for google) very well, but not in the Safari Browser (some auth issue betweene Google - Confluence). Besides that, it works great and you can edit your documents inline in your confluence pages.

what about the most important "Google Drive" type PDF ??? right now i need to attached a pdf to a confluence page -- which is redundant -- and it wastes space -- we need an ability to better integrate with google drive ! UPDATE 8/12/2015 -- thank you so much for the fix PDFs from Google Drive work excellent!!!

Hi Ed, thanks for the feedback.

I opened new feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-38077 for pdf support. Please upvote it (once there enough upvotes I'll do it).

Edit 1: This has been fixed. Please let me know if pdf previews now work for you and re-rate plugin if they do ;-)

    Edit 2: Thanks!!!

Works pretty well, but each instance appears to be taking up more article real estate than I'm configuring it to. As an example, I'm wanting to create a preview of 5 documents (each at 400x500px), though when saved, there's some pretty significant whitespace in between each section. Might be user error, might be something else. Screenshots: http://i.imgur.com/W4qqADj.jpg http://i.imgur.com/JeLQVtF.jpg Edit: Thanks for the fix, it's a beauty!

    Hi Ryan,

I have reports of similar issue with width/height. It's not user error.

I think I should be able to fix that early next week.

Edit: This has been fixed. Please let me know if it works well for you and re-rate if it does ;-)

Loved this for the on-demand service. Gutted to find out that this isn't available for Self-hosted. Any chance of that changing in future Atlassian? The only other option in the store is a bit of a joke tbh :/ Fingers crossed for a native option,

Seems to do what it says, I was easily able to embed a Drive Doc into a Confluence page. Adjusting the width/height wasn't too difficult either. Haven't tried other file types yet, but we'll usually be using Docs rather than spreadsheets/presentations anyway. Edit: Updated to 4 stars :)
