All links in the SVG keep fully functional. You can also add links to any element in the SVG and replace existing links by Confluence links.
For big SVGs like flowcharts pan & zoom is a valuable feature. It also works on touch devices and on the server version not only for attachments but also for SVGs provided by other plugins.
Align your image (left, center, right and right with text float)! Change the size of your image independently in x- and y-direction! You do not want to show the whole SVG? Simply crop it!
Keep the links embedded in the SVG fully functional. The additional link replacement functionality prevents unnecessary update work when linked Confluence content moves.

Dear Rob,
the PDF output of Confluence does currently not support embedding SVGs. Therefore we need to rasterise them before the PDF output.
Kind regards
Andreas

Dear Ric,
thank you for the feedback and sorry for the late response. In case you have a better solution in mind feel free to raise an improvement request.
The only thing you have to do to adjust the size is setting the width - to e.g. 100px. Is there an easier way?
Kind regards
Andreas Purde

Dear Fredrik, thank you very much for the positive feedback.

Dear Peter,
thank you for the mixed feedback. I'm glad to hear that the plugin fulfills your requirements at least on the web. I totally agree that it would be great to have the plugin working in the iOS app. However the iOS app currently blocks all so called "dynamic content macros" - this also affects other plugins like draw.io or PlantUML. As soon as Atlassian moves with the iOS app we will catch up.
Remark: Confluence Cloud does support the pure output of SVGs natively with some drawbacks: resize not always working, no links, no dynamic content etc.
Kind regards, Andreas

Pricing FAQ
- How does cloud app pricing work?
Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.
When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my cloud pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.
The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.
- Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?
Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.
- Can I extend my free trial?
For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
