Control pull requests directly from commit messages
Enable Smart Push hook in a repository
Configure Smart Push hook for each repository. Provide custom regular expression for detection of new pull request command or registering reviewer.
Describe commit message with regular expression
Commit your changes and push them to Stash
Push your changes and pull request will appear
When one of new commits will match to regular expression - pull request will be created automatically. Each reviewer detected in any commit - will be assigned to your pull request!

Create pull-request straight from the command line or your favorite IDE. Just type command actions in commit message and changes to Stash.
Following commit message pushed to Stash:
"[FEATURE #123] Some new feature added. pull-request master review-by someuser"
Will create pull request to master with reviewer someuser. Nifty!
