    Their customer service is incredible, they were very helpful in answering my questions in a very timely manner. I would love to see more integration with Portfolio in the Cloud version of the plugin (some of the fields that are only displayed when viewing a Portfolio plan) or more ways to export the data (we are currently trying to export the data into a visual graphical presentation for shareholders). Otherwise, I highly recommend this plugin!

    AIO support team has been very responsive and rapidly deploy improvements based on feedback from clients. Transitioning a IT department to a new time keeping solution where the department is half agile and half waterfall, was a big concern. AIO's solution was a great bridge and nicely integrated within Jira in context to issues. Very happy with the solution and the responsiveness from their support

    I've long been a great fan of AIO Timesheets. I only recently upgraded to AIO Reports and Timesheets. The Reports extension is just as great as the Timesheets package. Flexibility and simplicity combined give tremendous power. And... as always... AIO's support is second to none. I needed some extra functionality (to be able to report on multi-value custom fields) and no kidding: within 24 hours of requesting this new feature, it was in place. Outstanding.

    Subject : App compatibility with JIRA server with latest version Hi Team, We are in process of merging of our 2 cloud instances. In order to achieve this goal, as a part of process , data from cloud should bring back to Jira server (latest version). Do we get the AIO reports and Time sheet app which is suitable for JIRA server with latest version. So that we can install on server and bring back cloud data to server with out any data loss.     AIO really help us getting the answers we are looking for within our data. It helped us in many ways and every kind of user get what he need (techniciens, Devs, Project managers, Administration). Plus, their support is fantastic! They always get back to you quickly. Bug are fixed within hours and they are also very open to new ideas. If seen some of my ideas for new features be release in less than one day! A must have!

    hi thanks for this plugin, a question i have epic, story, task and sub-task in my project. I set work log for each task and sub task and allocate its time. when i reported , this time allocation is not allocated to Story and Epic. and story time and epic time are zero. what can i do?

    I echo what has been said about the support team. Responses have been very quick via email, and they took the time to do desktop conferencing with me to troubleshoot the issue I was having. Features have been added quite expediently. I also like the add-on itself. It's simple without being dated-looking and lets me make whatever reports and data extracts I need, extensive JQL expertise not needed. I have not done much with the provided charting capabilities so I can't speak to that. My only complaint is that the pricing is pretty high (we have a 250 user license for JIRA), but for the value we are getting and will get out of it, combined with the high quality support, the price is worth it.

    It's a very nice job. May I say, can add an acess control to this plugin? For example, in our case, PMs and PMOs need reports, developers and testers are not need so much, and if someone creates very complex reports and refresh them very frequently, it may cause system overload.

    I am blown away by this plugin, and the support for it. The report builder is intuitive and powerful. The support so far has been responsive beyond belief. I don't know if I just got lucky, but I needed a feature for a key client, and within days after asking it was possible, it was done!

    Support team is always responsive. The Plug-In has been great in getting upper management the reports they need out of the system. The ability to create subscriptions around the reports has been well received by the Project Management team in being able to keep track of support issues that come through.

    It took me FOREVER to notice that a "Reports" button was added to the top of my screen in JIRA, and hence I had no idea where to even start looking for the tool in order to use it. My recommendations are 1) Put the reporting tool in the "Reports" section along side all other reporting functionality 2) Tell users that they can access your tool using the "Reports" button that is added to the top of the page

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
