UpRaise for Employee Success - OKRs, Feedback, Review forms

Regarding the support, I can only affirm to what is already written: the responses are super fast, it is great that requests are taken serious and the vendor is fulfilling our requirements 100%. We are currently only using the OKR portion, and there, the plugin is a big step forward. Especially with the possibility to create own views under "browse", we were able to increase efficiency in the meetings significantly. The options that Objectives can contribute to more than one higher level objective reliefs us from maintaining several Excel files separately. Furthermore, the flexibility offered in terms of R&R is also well-perceived - in management and on the working level. This is an add-in to recommend, even for larger organizations, who have motivated business administrators.
