    First of all - the support is super responsive and helpful - you get answers in a matter of minutes. We are just starting up with OKRs and so far it is working for us just fine. If you don't need anything fancy and want to keep it in Jira, UpRaise is a way to go.

    UpRaise is a convenient and very useful add-on to manage Feedback and OKRs. The UpRaise team keeps releasing new features that make the tool easier to use, based on feedback we provide. A great partnership. Anand is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to create a great experience for new users!

    Very useful and easy to implement plug in. A HR tool, which has very useful combined Tools inside: - objectve cycles, Performance and 360 degree Reviews and continuous Feedback! First, I was - as an order in my role as a Consultant - just searching for an effective and easy to understand tool for a 360degree Review Software. Meanwhile I´m happy, that my contracting authority became curious about using "objective cycles" as a Leadership tool (guiding with objectives).     Our organization was evaluating OKR software and found over 40 different vendors claiming to provide systems for OKRs. We eventually piloted UpRaise only for its OKR features, and I have been very impressed by the feature set and support. We did not evaluate the other modules of UpRaise (feedback and forms), so I cannot speak to those modules. Everyone does OKRs a little differently, and we found that UpRaise is flexible enough to work with our organization's approach. Their online documentation let me really understand the product before we even started the pilot. By contrast, most other vendors offer little to no documentation for their systems. Also, there is strong consistency in the approach; they have not "over customized" the solution to try to meet everyone's needs. It is a strong, logical approach to goal setting and tracking. Even better, every time I have contacted support for a question or a problem, I have gotten rapid, professional responses. We did discover a very subtle bug with shared views, and they worked with us over the course of several days to make sure that we could all recreate the problem. Shortly afterwards, they told me that they had introduced a new version with a fix. I just installed it, and everything is now working as we expected. Even in the few months I have been working with the system, I have seen the team release helpful fixes to move the product forward and to eliminate irritations. They are a professional, responsive group, and that counts for SO MUCH when working on software like this. People in our organization use the software only sporadically, so it needs to work as expected -- UpRaise does that!

    First, thank you for a solid implementation of OKR in Jira. My question is how to blend BUDGET control to the objectives. Any plans on adding BUDGET management $$$ to the OKRs. This will be the feature you may implement to the system today.

    Our company started using UpRaise for OKRs because of its integration with Jira. We find the integration with Jira quite valuable as most of our work is defined and tracked in Jira, so we don't need to open another tool to see and work with our OKRs. The UpRaise team is very responsive to feedback, whether support requests or product suggestions, even though our use of UpRaise is limited purely to OKRs. The pace and quality of improvements is impressive. We have only been using UpRaise for 5 months but there have been noticeable improvements during that time. If your team uses Jira and wants a tool for OKRs, you have found it.

    UpRaise has close to seamless integration with Jira for OKRs. They have quick response rates to Support tickets, and their feature release cycle is incredibly fast. They are always coming out with new, useful features and are very open to feedback and feature requests. Their Confluence site has great documentation and they're always willing to hop on a call. UpRaise is definitely a valuable tool and I highly recommend it.

    A great app, getting better with each update. We've been using it for a year, initially to set our company goals and create alignment for everyone, bottom to top of the organization. Employees expressed lots of appreciation in knowing where they fit into the bigger process. We've just started using the HR review tools and, a little cumbersome, but easy enough to learn and quite good. Certainly at this price point, excellent value. Company and Personal dashboards are not optimal but the company puts out new updates almost monthly and they're good, well explained, and easy to adopt. A truly top notch plug-in for JIRA and a must-have.

    Very cool plug in. Great HR tool and easy for employees to keep track of their accomplishments, As someone who hated review time in past jobs, I would love to use this add-on. Anand has been amazing to work with. He is always available and interested in your ideas to improve the add-on. He was able to push improvements that were in the pipeline through to make it work for us. Definitely would recommend this add-on

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
