I'm sorry for the trouble you encountered! May I ask which version you tried to download and to which version of the projectdoc Toolbox you planned to install it?
I checked the latest version of the Core Blueprints (5.1.0): downloaded and installed it successfully to the latest version of the Toolbox (1.10.3) on Confluence version 5.9.5.
Please feel free to add any information that would help us to reproduce the problem. Just click support or get in touch!
Edit: The add-on fails to install if the projectdoc Toolbox Add-on is not installed. The error message is just this:
"An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."
The logfile shows something like this:
- "OBR resolver has 1 unsatisfied requirements for installing"
- "Failed to resolve plugin dependencies within OBR"
- "Unsatisfied requirement: (&(package=de.smartics.projectdoc.atlassian.confluence))"
It is required to have the commercial projectdoc Toolbox installed for any doctype add-on or extension add-on. The blueprints of the add-ons especially use macros from the Toolbox and show how they can be used to design own blueprints.
