Admin Tools for Jira is a set of useful tools that aids Jira administrators in their day-to-day work. There are a number of modules:

  • Temporary User - easily create temporary user accounts that will automatically expire after the specified amount of time
  • User Cleaner - identify unused user accounts and deactivate them with just few clicks
  • Permission Cloner - transfer user permissions and group membership between user accounts
  • Custom field usage & cloner - see which custom fields are currently in use. Also, adds the ability to clone custom fields
  • Additional MS Excel reports - export user list, group membership & projects to MS Excel files
