Secure Fields - Data Security & Privacy - ROA Ready!

The guys at Almarise are quite responsive and fit when there is any issue with usage or the tool itself. They also work hard to keep up with latest technology so thumbs up from my side!

We migrated successfully from our on premise Jira to the cloud in the past days. All problems in the test migrations where solved with the help of the Almarise support in a really quick way! The fast responses of the helpdesk helped us out a lot!

This app deleted the current custom field data after I wanted to use it with this app. Don't recommend if you don't want to lose your data.

  Hello Ádám,

Our app moves the data from Custom Fields to Secure Fields during the migration/securing process. Afterwards, the original data in Custom Fields is not accessible. It is only accessible with Secure Fields, based on the configured permissions.

If you need support with configuring the application, please contact us through our support portal: https://jira.almarise.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/8

I really appreciate the prompt responses from their helpdesk and product management. This was very important for our migration project. They listened to the suggestions and were able to provide quick updates.
