Thank you, Ferenc Nagy (Midori Support System), for the excellent support. Your super quick response advised the correct resolution on the first reply. We were able to resolve the issue Java JDK issue with an hour. Our Jira user groups at EXIMBANK use Better Excel daily!

We use a Jira Service Desk to track requests for guard escorts for vendors. We then use Better Excel Exporter combined with Jira Automation to send out a daily email with an attached spreadsheet of the requests for the next day. Better Excel Exporter is very flexible and very reliable. They also have prompt and knowledgeable support. Would def recommend!

Better Excel is a very useful plugin but the best thing is their top-notch customer support.
