Yes. Just verified the compatibility for 7.10.2. Could not verify 7.11.0 yet because of: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-60949.

Installed OK on my 6.3.1 server Instance but wouldn't list the permissions table. Confluence userbase shared from Jira.

Sorry for very late response. This plug-in has not been tested with a Confluence instance that is using Jira as the User Directory. I assume that is the use case you were having.
