Weekdone Reporting and Dashboard for Jira

The exporting of this report into pdf is not working, the graphs disappear, the wallpaper is dark theme, unable or not sure where to change this, emailed the support several times and still not feedback or assistance to fix or get support for this app

  Strangely we have not received any e-mails from you. The wallpaper is dark mode only by design, as it is meant for external screens like office TVs and to avoid screen burnout. There was a temporary glitch with PDF exports for a few selected customers for a moment, fixed now. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience!

doesnt work, keeps saying i need to speak to technical. I do and never get a reply BUT money gets taken!

  Usually when report is not generated it is something with your JIRA instance API permissions.

Clunky! Does not automatically add new projects or people to the reporting despite having selected the 'auto-update' options. Does not save any updated date ranges.
