    This is a great add-on, all the users find it simple to use and effective. Hard to get users to log time but this makes it simple. The support the is brilliant, very quick to answer any question or responded to issues with fixers. The team at Starware are great. Also the team love the new function on Worklog Pro ‘Worklog Calendar’, it’s brilliant makes logging time even easier.

    Useful plugin for letting people log work especially with the Log Work attribute. It allows you to classify the type of work done. The support from Starware is helpful and responsive.

    This timesheet add-on is a real time saver. Great concise design allows time entries to be added from within the issue or in the various timesheet screens. The ability to edit time entries in the timesheet just made this a whole lot better. Thank you

    We just installed WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira in our production instance last week and our teams are absolutely LOVING it. We had to start tracking our time once our team was sent home to work and not everyone was thrilled to do this, but now that we have the app with the Start/Stop timer, Calendar view and Timesheets people are much more on board and excited to see their logged time. Not only has the plugin itself been great, but the vendor is very quick to respond to any issues and has resolved any bugs we have found thus far. I like that they are willing to offer support in such a timely manner and with friendly customer service. Overall, one of the best things we have installed in our instance. Highly recommend!!

    As an Atlassian Partner we are always on the lookout for good plugins to enhance the Atlassian experience. Not only for our own instances, but also for the customers who we serve. When working in projects for our customers, we need to keep track of the time we spend. This is why we use WorklogPRO - Timesheets for Jira, this plugin adds extra functionality to the built-in work log features and enables us to monitor projects in more detail.

    It has a good cost/benefit relationship. Documentation is quite complete, and works OK. Problem: trying to report a minor bug it was impossible. The page always lead to some error, eg: you are disconnected from Internet (but other tabs in the same browser work normally), cannot upload a file, etc.

    Our Jira and Service Desk are standard Atlassian Cloud instances and hosted by Atlassian itself. There may be occasional access problems with Atlassian Cloud. In this case you can send an email to email address provided in support section.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.
