We are using EasySSO for Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket. The quality of support is outstanding, so good you can't believe it's real. Reply in a matter of hours, give concrete working resolution steps, improve their own documentation along the way. They explain how the product works, and what the implications of each of its features on your specific and quirky infra are. Our header authenticator stopped working after the latest confluence zero day patch. The support was able to identify the change in confluence that prevented the authenticator from working, helped us fix the issue, told us they would update their documentation to include the workaround, *and* that they would improve the product to not require such workarounds in the future. Perhaps the best support we've ever dealt with.
