    Very easy solution to implement if you have a AD server. Whole setup took less than 5 minutes if you know what you are doing and the support it awesome.

    I went through several products and their documentation to enable Single Sign On authentication for Jira and confluence pages with windows authentication. I got to know about EasySSO while reading the comments at Atlassian page. I could see that the EasySSO installation guide was simple and easy to configure. I have configured my server with a trial version of EasySSO and I was able to configure it within a day with the help of Techtime support. The support team is very active and responsive to questions with additional information. The solution is easy to understand and easy to troubleshoot. I could get replies to all my support questions within a day from TechTime team. They maintain a detailed documentation guide for the users, and you can find some of the online resources that guide through exceptions/errors with their reasons and fixes.

    We are in the middle of a huge migration from an antiquated tool over to the Atlassian suite which includes Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo. The environment here is Windows centric for the desktop and some servers - including our companies Single Sign-On environment. We first considered Crowd but realized that it would not provide us with exactly what we needed. All of our users are defined in Active Directory and they get access to our four Atlassian Applications based on what AD Groups they are members of. While researching a SSO solution via the Marketplace, we considered a few different products and decided to do a trial of EasySSO. We felt based on our needs that EasySSO was the best solution and value. Given our environment and constraints, we were not able to just try it out and figure stuff out as you go. We needed as much information up front as possible. Support requestswere entered to the authors of EasySSO and every request was addressed quickly with both useful and courteous responses. The support staff never seemed to tire of our numerous questions. In addition to answering our questions, they also included links for additional information or summaries of the information provided in the email. Some of the information was available on their site but we had just missed it or didn't understand what to ask. The solution is really easy once you understand all of the moving pieces. A few times we made things more difficult for ourselves due to thinking some steps were harder than they appeared - they really weren't.

    The TechTime Easy SSO range of plugins has massively improved the enterprise functionality for Atlassian stack. Increasing the customer take-up of the applications, improved feedback and security (less places to type passwords). NTML and Kerberos works great over Windows, Linux & Mac. Hands down the best value SSO plugins for Atlassian on the market. Support is fantastic. Great Plugins, keep up the good work!!!

    I was setting up SSO for Jira in an NTLM environment. Kerberos was no option. The customer used another plugin before, but the support response time was awful. Easy SSO is very well documented and the support was highly responsive and very efficient. Support was only needed because of the complex server environment with multiple domain controllers and suddenly appearing Jira page loading delays after environment changes. The problem could be identified and solved quickly, guided by TechTime. Thank you, TechTime!

    The integration in our AD works without any troubles. The configuration is fast and easy to handle. The support team is answering very fast although the huge timeshift between AT and NZ exists.

    We're using this plugin for a trail, and found that: EasySSO is reliable product with successful to configure it in our ADFS. Regarding support team, they are very professional with very prompt response and to insist on resolving any issue. So, after this success experimentو we are planned to purchase this software....

    We are an Atlassian Solution Partner from Singapore and we have implemented many solution using EasySSO. The plugin is proven to work for different architecture and it is simple to configure. If not, you can always use their extensive KBs or get some help from their AWESOME support team. They have extensive knowledge in the authentication mechanism and could help resolve issue really fast.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.
