Skill Finder add-on provides a platform for Enterprise-wide talent management. By encouraging employees to share their skills in Confluence profiles, give endorsements to each other, send and accept requests for help or advise in particular areas, Skill Finder add-on thus implements crowd-populated skills management database for a whole Company.
Major features include:
- Skill Search macro to quickly find experts by their skills
- Extensive skill search result filters
- Share skills in your Confluence profile
- Endorse other users for their skills
- Receive endorsements for your skills
- Skill Finder macro shows randomly selected users with endorsable skills on Confluence page of your choice
- Restrict adding skills to Master List (optional)
