We recently contacted the Requirement Yogi team with a feature request to migrate baselines from Indexing v1 to Indexing v2 - a change that was crucial for our traceability workflows. The RY team responded quickly, treated our request seriously, and turned a challenging idea into a working solution in just a few weeks. Adrien Ragot provided clear communication throughout, shared a proof of concept, and delivered the feature in version 4.1.1 - and it works flawlessly. Beyond this specific case, we've been in regular contact with the RY team and are consistently impressed by their fast, knowledgeable, and helpful support. Since we use several plugins for Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management, we've had plenty of experience with different support teams - and Requirement Yogi stands out as the best by far. Thank you to the whole Requirement Yogi team for not only listening, but for acting quickly and delivering such a valuable improvement. This kind of support builds real trust. We're extremely satisfied with both the product and the people behind it. Highly recommended!

Our team has used RY for the past three years (Data Center). This software has been pivotal to the success of our R&D technology development in the nuclear energy sector. As compared to DOORS for requirement management, this software has enabled our engineers to truly own and update their requirement (and interfacing requirements) due to the intuitive user interface. Being a systems engineer for the past 10 years, working in the R&D world, I can say that this makes a night and day difference in terms of your end product. Note: The software is compatible with other requirement programs due to its Excel export/import capabilities, in case you need to interface across companies. Support requests to the developers have been readily met and successful. There is room for some more features to further improve this amazing product, and I need to make time to reach out to their developers to continue our track of success. I will also add that we are using this software BEYOND its stated purpose in that we also use it to track other database-type information - e.g., documents, lessons learned, key design parameter, equipment IDs, etc. This allows us to create in Confluence a broader linkable database whereby we can link a requirement's rationale to the document that drove the values in it, or to the lessons learned from a test procedure, or link a requirement to its verification deliverable. I especially appreciate how the software has a two-way link with Jira, where we can link our design "RY" database to program management tasking, resource planning, and risk management. Keep up the good work!

The RY support team is fantastic to work with. They are prompt and professional and know their stuff. RY has become integral to one of our projects and knowing that they have our backs brings us great peace of mind.

We're just starting our journey in using Requirement Yogi for our different type of requirement listings. We find the traceability matrix extremely useful in finding gaps for coverage of our requirements, functional design and technical design. The flexibility in the product allows for other linkages such as use cases to requirements. Support has been fantastic for any questions I have raised so far. I highly recommend this product for anybody capturing requirements starting from Confluence. Once you get used the tool, you will want to build standard operating procedures for your teams on how to use it within your organization.

We have been using Requirement Yogi for over 3 years now and are really happy with it. The ability to interconnect requirements seamlessly is quickly understood and can be used for a wide array of use cases. We have implemented it in our development processes, validating processes, and risk management. All our past encounters with questions and problems have met an open ear at Requirement Yogi, and communication and support are second to none. With a dedication in the range of "reported a bug on Thursday - got a hotfix for it on Sunday" (For the Data Center version, I might add!). If you want to track different table entries all over your Confluence (and even Jira) with hierarchies, links, and traceability, and a solid change history for auditing and more - this is the right tool for you!
