The reason why I'm leaving negative feedback on 1st day of usage is that I'm tired of your macros joining words in the text. Every time a text is touched by your transformation - I get 3-5 words glued to each other in every second line. Its pretty tiring to go and split those lines that used to be separate words Why I'm sure its happening 'cause of transformation ? I've added quite a lot of text in my articles in Confluence (never seen such weird behavior) and I have only 1 app added besides Atlassian default pack - and this app is Requirement Yogi I wanted to contact your customer support support but looks like auth procedure for your service desk portal has its own issue and is not able to deliver email required to finish steps of auth process , I tried several times but have not seen email I should open proceed with first login attempt - seriously guys, does it have to be that difficult to tell you that your product has bugs ?? Anyway I have to remove your app , it looked promising but such weird bugs I was not expecting

Hi Serg,
We are sorry to hear that this negative experience with our app. Negative reviews affect products disproportionately, so we're keen to solve it!
- Concerning your login issue to our portal, all Atlassian vendors use Jira for support, so it's worth creating an account. If you don't receive the authentication email, can you please report the problem with Atlassian ? https://support.atlassian.com/ - other contact methods listed in our documentation.
- If the text is broken by the transformation, please first revert the page and report it to us with the storage format. Let's talk about it on the support ticket.
Best regards, Mileva.

Great product for requirement engineering and traceability. It is simple to use and does the job very well.

Requirement Yogi is a nice combination of lightweight, flexible, and powerful. I appreciate that the requirement definitions are tied to the Confluence tables, so you don't have to create them in another interface that might be harder for users to track down. The traceability matrices are also very handy and easy to use, both in the RY interface and embedded in Confluence pages. The team has been very responsive in resolving bugs as well.

We use Requirements Yogi for maintaining requirement information for a number of traditional and also few quite unusual use cases and overall we are very happy with it and the vendor. We started a few years ago in Data Center and have within the last year migrated to Cloud. The early versions of the Cloud implementation lacked some important features for us (Baselines, RY Link macro behavior, aspects of the reporting functions). But what has been refreshing for a jaded old technologist like me is just how responsive the RY team have been in listening to our needs, being very transparent with the challenges (there many restrictions from Atlassian for Cloud add-on vendors) and ultimately delivering solutions through constant enhancements (and occasional bug fixes). In some cases developing new features just support our unique use case. Very rare these days. Over this time the Cloud version has become a very powerful and flexible tool, now with some features exceeding DC capabilities (I think, haven't check back lately). I will say optimal usage requires a decent time investment, in reading all the docs, watching all the videos and then most importantly, prototyping your end to end use cases. There is some room for improvement in their docs and training materials, they are better than average, but do not get deeply into some topics, nor provide enough "best practices" for areas where there are multiple implementation options. Thus the need to prototype for your needs extensively.
