it is not free

Be cautious with this application as it is not free as mentioned in Marketplace. It happened to us that we thought it was free, however, when we installed it a charge appears on our bank card. When we contacted the provider, they did not give us any solution and pointed to Atlassian as the culprit, “washing their hands” of their inefficient management.

As has been thoroughly explained in the support request, there isn't anything we can do. When we listed the app in 2017 as one of the first apps in the Atlassian Marketplace for Bitbucket Cloud, there was no option to create a Paid-via-Vendor or Paid-via-Atlassian listing. We have discussed this with Atlassian and Atlassian told us to create a Free app and implement payment outside of the Atlassian Marketplace. This is what we did. This is also what was explained in the support request. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the need to punish us for choices made by Atlassian that are outside of our control by (ab)using the review system. We, as well as others in the Atlassian Ecosystem, have been asking Atlassian for Paid-via-Atlassian options for Bitbucket Cloud but to no avail. I urge you to direct your anger to the right party, Atlassian, and not take it out on us.

useful, and acceptable plugin for Bitbucket UI.
