Pocket Desk is an iPhone app that can be installed from AppStore. It helps Service Desk team members keep track of tasks they're working on and the time left to address them.

This add-on, Pocket Desk Connector, is required for using Pocket Desk with your Jira and Jira Service Desk.

  • Custom sorting based on SLA urgency
  • View any request in the queue
  • Push notifications on important events
  • Pin a selected request to the main screen
