Create as many teams as needed for each project
Projects are aligned to specified role (and optionally components) within each project. These teams are used later in the provided workflow function.
Apply the workflow for Assignment and Escalation
Apply the workflow to initial Create transition, or any custom escalation transitions to assign to the specified team, round-robin manner.
Use components to auto-route tickets
Each team you create can be aligned to Components. If that component is applied at creation (via service desk, etc) then the ticket will route to the matching team.
