Rainer WoywodWe are using the current LTS-Release of confluence-server (7.9.x). We tested the app simply watches with a further version of confluence some months ago and it works fine how expected. After that we intended to buy a license and get productiv with that app. In preparation for going live, we tried the app in their newest version (2.3.13) and got error-messages in the userprofil and insight the admin-console. To get help with a solution for the crash of that app we opened an issue a couple of months ago (since 12th of december 2022), but we got no solution as yet. Response time after sending information were a couple of week and since 3th of march I got absolutely no response from GetConnected at all. in the mean time we bought the license and could not use it. And we have no idea what to do to get help from this manufacturer. Hoping, that statement could bring an enhancement in solving the current problem. Otherwise we will delete the app and looking for alternatives to manage the confluence watching-list.
Addendum:
A day after this review was published, GetConnected contacted me, they apologized for the inconvenience and promised to analyze the problem by a developer and fix the bug.
But now, 4 weeks are gone und nothing get solved at all. So I must resume, this support is slow to slow for my customer experience.
Now the issue is finally solved, the reason was a used library, that was incompatible with our confluence-plattform-version. So we had to use a further version of the simply watches app.
