TrackDuck

Would be nice if there was a possibility to get Reporters email (who reported issue trough trackduck) and add it as a customer to JIRA Service Desk. This would enable customer service for trackduck issues.

I can personally only give the service one star. The reason was due to a bait and switch which seemed to happen between signing up the service and using the trial version. At first I thought the service was absolutely amazing during my trial which prompted me to purchase it. The service allowed for users to record short videos and attach them as issues inside hey project. I try the trial version for both Capture as well as Trackduck. During the trial and testing of both products I had felt Trckduck was a better fit for my needs due to the option of recording video. It took me almost 2 weeks to figure out they must remove something the system. This drove me absolutely crazy because I am very computer literate and when I can't figure something out I finally throw in the towel and contact support. Support has assured me that this feature and that it would be added shortly. Fast forward in here now halfway through a year with this company and have yet seen this defect fixed. I would've scored much higher in fact probably given them all stars, but the truth of the matter is that they have not lived up there expectations which we're set during my trial versions in or contacting their support.

Great app, Has bugs on jira, would be great if task and comment could be add & sync over the extension as well.
