This plugin used to be problematic, buggy and slowing our instance down. However over the last couple of years it has become reliable, to the point now where it has become a critical part of our project management approach. Improvements keep coming, and I have found the support (despite timezone differences) excellent.

Big Picture is a great plugin, it really helps customers to visualise their projects with more clarity and organisation, and the team behind it is amazing, developing and support customers!
