    This is supposed to be the big thing in ressouce management but I am very unhappy. We only use this tool every other month in an online meeting with 5 ppl as we do a 2-months-planning for our team but still we had to cancel twice during the meeting as we weren't able to use it. It's either not loading the issues or even worse the cloud version got updated so our programs/boxes won't work anymore. It's really annoying as I had to set up everything again from scratch. Last time we tried we couldn't move issues in the gantt that were in the status "open", we could only move issues "in work", which doesn't make any sense to me. It works now but loading our approx. 70 issues takes a lot of time and a lot of refreshes, right now I'm getting the message "unstable connection" again. I'm sure this is a great tool but its performance is such a pain plus updates come in uncontrollably and might make your configuration useless.

    Huge thanks to Łukasz Guszcz for helping with some tricky Big Gantt issues. I've repeatedly gone to him over the last few weeks as we get to grips with the tool and he's been tirelessly helpful and patient, trying out different solutions with us until we found our fix.     We have been a customer of BP since early in 7.1. We've seen tremendous growth in the tool since then and BP8, especially if you go Enterprise, is a game changer in PPM software for companies using Jira. People need to realize large Enterprise PPM tools cost medium-large organizations $250K-$500K+ per year. This tool competes with those tools, and works with Jira out if the box with no awkward and painful "Jira integration" functionality to figure out, at 1/10-1/20 of the cost! That's amazing! The customer support and development team has been first class to work with. We've gotten key bug fixes turned around in days and new feature requests within the next 1-2 versions. Thank you support team! The only area for improvement would be to reduce the quantity and impact of bugs before a release. However I do appreciate the complexity in developing a tool that has to work in customer's data center environments where the configuration and usage is unknown to the development team. SoftwarePlant with BigPicture has been a great strategic partner for me and my company in our journey of improving our own Project Portfolio Management maturity. Keep up the great work team! 4 stars!

    Hi, I have upgraded BigPicture from 7.8.1 to 7.11.5, I don't see "Agile schedule" option (available at Bigpicture-->Settings-->General-->Agile schedule) that was there in 7.8.1 in 7.11.5. Can you please let me know to which place or for which option it was moved/renamed/merged to BigPicture v7.11.5 ?

    Customer Service - Big Picture is a critical tool while our teams are now in 100% remote SAFe/Agile planning sessions . We had some challenges with performance, however, once engaged the customer service and development team were responsive and followed up until resolved. Very much appreciated.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate BigPicture - Project Management & PPM via search. The appropriate app version appears in the search results.
    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for BigPicture - Project Management & PPM. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. BigPicture - Project Management & PPM begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new apps or Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate BigPicture - Project Management & PPM.
    4. Click Free trial to download and install your app.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate BigPicture - Project Management & PPM via search. The appropriate app version appears in the search results.
    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for BigPicture - Project Management & PPM. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. BigPicture - Project Management & PPM begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.
