    Although recently there is a bit of hiccup on the bigPicture side, but really great customer support! They really helped me out in a timely fashion, so that we as end users are not in the dark and can anticipate when issues will be solved. Keep up the good work!

    It doesn't work. I loaded it up in our instance, and it just throws a ton of errors that can be seen by any administrator in our Jira instance. I literally couldn't even get their first page to load. I tried reaching out to their support, if they are able to help me in a timely manner then I will change my review. For now, this app created way more problems than it solved, it has literally been useless to us.

    It was ok, until they forced the "new" view, which is way to big for normal monitors. The smaller compact view was a way "bigger picture" than it is now. Please give the old view option back...

To my best knowledge, we were able to resolve the majority of issues ever reported. Why do they arise in the first place?     Hi Zhangbo, to upgrade from BigGantt to BigPicture, I'd first install BigPicture (can be in the trial period) next to the existing BigGantt, open both apps in two browser tabs, and one by one, I'd migrate all the scopes of your programs, and other settings. Once done with the migration, consider requesting a refund for your remaining BigGantt license. Normally refunds apply within 30 days of the purchase, but that might be negotiable, especially if a higher user-tier is concerned. As far as I know, no 'press a single button' migration mechanism exists. But, ya, you should be delighted with BigPicture, compared to BigGantt. Cheers, Marcin

    I've been trying out this plugin for about a month. I'm going to buy it this week, but after adjusting the directory structure today, I started to see that the access opening was unusually slow or even slow to the point where the browser was unresponsive. I don't know what the problem is. The message printed in the log is: WARNING [http-nio-8088-exec-5] com.sun.jersey.spi.container.servlet.WebComponent.filterFormParameters A servlet request, to the URI http://ip:port/rest/webResources/1.0/resources, contains form parameters in the request body but the request body has been consumed by the servlet or a servlet filter accessing the request parameters. Only resource methods using @FormParam will work as expected. Resource methods consuming the request body by other means will not work as expected. jira version:8.5.1 bigpicture version:7.11.21

    Hello Jane, thanks for your review. I'm feeling our support (a) softwareplant.com would be able to deal with the issue decently. As for the performance in general: BigPicture 8 is to debut shortly, and it is capable of loading things on the fly, as opposed to the current BigPicture 7.     Sorry people these plugin is not worth 4 stars, because of the unresolved bugs. This tool is very similar to Microsoft Project, and it would have been excellent for portfolio management in Jira, but because of the huge list of bugs, this tool is broken. I have tried for 1year server version of the tool >>> full of bug (unscheduled and unplanned maintenance during working hours from the provider) The cloud platform and the Server plugin have the exact same bugs. But I see that after several support tickets to the vendor, these bugs are still not resolved after 4 months... Gantt features not working Calculation not working Boards configurations are not synced etc...

    Thanks for sharing your opinion.

    We do not deny our tool is pure of any errors. These happen in every software in the world, especially if the app gets continuously developed and improved, just like BigPicture. However, we strive to approach every issue as quickly as possible so that no downtimes in our services are registered.

    The maintenance break for the app restart (BigPicture for Jira Cloud) that you mention has been announced on our Status page. Unluckily, it happened to us to run into one issue that caused part of our customers to have no access to the app for around 1h 30m, but that was quickly mitigated.

    As for the bugs, upon investigating further, there was only one connected to your support requests, but that issue couldn't be reproduced as of early May.

    The rest of the things you listed have been thoroughly explained by our agent over one of your support tickets. They took yet another attempt to contact you regarding the same so that we all have clarity on this.

    Hi, I have upgraded BigPicture from 7.8.1 to 7.11.5, I don't see "Agile schedule" option (available at Bigpicture-->Settings-->General-->Agile schedule) that was there in 7.8.1 in 7.11.5. Can you please let me know to which place or for which option it was moved/renamed/merged to BigPicture v7.11.5 ?

    Customer Service - Big Picture is a critical tool while our teams are now in 100% remote SAFe/Agile planning sessions . We had some challenges with performance, however, once engaged the customer service and development team were responsive and followed up until resolved. Very much appreciated.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate BigPicture - Project Management & PPM via search. The appropriate app version appears in the search results.

    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for BigPicture - Project Management & PPM. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. BigPicture - Project Management & PPM begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.
