I've been using GoLive for a number of years now, it is an excellent tool which I highly recommend. As an Environment Manager it's invaluable, but its also really useful for other Squad/Team members too, especially when its data can be so easily accessed via Jira Dashboards, giving up to date environment deployment and activity information. It's been really helpful to us in grouping together multiple components under a single service, and being able to access and display that information to users... we have ALOT of components which can get messy to manage without a tool like this. Its also been really handy recently in providing us with deployment metrics, using the reporting export functionality. This will help us track releases, and through analysis potentially improve our deployment process. The ability to "watch" environments and get email alerts on various changes/updates is also a really nice feature. New stuff is constantly being added, such as new features and integrations. The Support from Apwide is fantastic, either in listening to feedback or helping with issues. They have introduced a number new features/improvements that we have requested over the years, and have also assisted us when we've needed a little extra help in using the tool for complex tasks. Whenever there has been an issue, they are quick to resolve problems. I cannot praise them enough, cheers Guys!
