Specify multiple configurations for project/global
Optionally have multiple configurations in the project or admin (global) configuration screens. The multiple configurations are based on user groups. There can also be a default configuration to cater for all other users
Specify security defaults globally or per project
Specify the default security role/group for each different comment type
Force Selection of role if default is not present
If the default role you specify is not present then you can force the user to make a selection.
