Extension for Jira Service Management

Good app with room for improvements. Adding fields in customer portal still include advertisement like Apps Extension for Jira Service Management ....and then the field shows which have been added - would like to keep it as simple as possible with the field added and not include "Apps Extension for Jira Service Management" Even in JSM spaces where no fields are added in customer portal they still show "Apps Extension for Jira Service Management"

One of the best out there, the app and the vendor support for it!

This is a really cool and useful add-on that we use in Jira Service Management to share information on the customer portal. It’s easy to set up and use, and it looks clear and intuitive to customers. I really appreciate add-ons that don’t require writing code :)
