The Extension for Jira Service Management makes using the customer portal so much easier for us. Dynamic forms show only the fields that matter, which keeps requests clean and simple. We also really appreciate Bundled fields which help organize longer forms without overwhelming users. We also like that customers can see request details, attachments, and related issues right in the portal - it saves a lot of back-and-forth. The app is updated regularly and feels reliable.
