This extension is truly an excellent addition to our Jira Service Desk setup. It significantly expands the customization options beyond what Jira offers out of the box. The ability to create dynamic forms for each of our products and configure the specific information requested for each one gives us much greater flexibility. It improves both the user experience for our clients and the efficiency for our agents. Highly recommended for anyone looking to tailor their service desk to their exact needs.
