    Does what it needs to do: add fields to JIRA Service Desk that contain relevant information for users. Can not add any field to JIRA Service Desk so check (extensive) documentation.

    Excelent Addon!! It's so powerful , to be perfec, i would include if it's possible, include triggers in Dynamic Forms using Insight Custom Fields, that would be perfect.

    Good plugin, but unfortunately does not work together with: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.refinedwiki.jira.servicedesk.refinedtheme/server/ Language switcher disappears if refined theme is used.

    This plugin has all the features that are crucial for my users and which are not offered by Jira Service Desk. 'Bundled fields' are my favorite. How many of us find it soo annoying when we have to display fields on the form one under another? The forms become lengthy and not user-friendly. Bundled fields solve that! One of my forms has five fields positioned in a single row: a checkbox, a drop down, a text field, another drop down, and a text area for comments. All displayed in one row. Then my users can click on a '+' sign to add as many rows as they need to in order to fill out this online ordering form. Previously our users had to download a template form, fill it out, and email it back to us. Because of the 'bundled fields' we are paperless now! And of course, an ability to fill out the form online and submit it as part of the request saves both users and agents time and effort. Another favorite feature is 'hide/show' fields which are also a part of the 'bundled' fields. I am using it in two of my projects. One of the forms has three options for ordering. Users can choose either one, two, or all three options. Each option has a bunch of fields, but none of them are shown initially. Users will have to check the desired option and the appropriate fields will be shown for this option. If the user unchecks any of the options, the associated fields are hidden. Can you imagine if 'show/hide' fields option was not available and I had to display several dozen fields at once? Atlassian does not offer this option, but Deviniti does. My users are happy, and so am I. This was the only plugin that I was able to find after lengthy and extensive research which provides all of the critical and so helpful features to us. The reason why I give this plugin 3 stars is because it used to have some bugs which could have compromised our release. Once the company was informed how crucial the bug fix is for us they expedited it and everything was fixed within the matter of a few days. Thank you!

    Really good product that makes usage of service desk much more effective. Can't complain about support - they were helpful with encountered problems. I was also told that the next version will be much more expanded, looking forward to try it!

    Horrible support, crucial bugs, don't recommend it! Plugin implements very useful features, but it has also crucial bugs. The poor quality of implementation adds an extra work for us. We've got valid license for the plugin, and developers don't care to even respond to bug for two months, and some issues are opened for 9 months already...

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
