    Good plugin, but unfortunately does not work together with: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.refinedwiki.jira.servicedesk.refinedtheme/server/ Language switcher disappears if refined theme is used.

    Really good product that makes usage of service desk much more effective. Can't complain about support - they were helpful with encountered problems. I was also told that the next version will be much more expanded, looking forward to try it!

    Horrible support, crucial bugs, don't recommend it! Plugin implements very useful features, but it has also crucial bugs. The poor quality of implementation adds an extra work for us. We've got valid license for the plugin, and developers don't care to even respond to bug for two months, and some issues are opened for 9 months already...

    This plugin has all the features that are crucial for my users and which are not offered by Jira Service Desk. When I found this plugin it was like my dream came true. Hide/show fields - yes. Bundled fields which are displayed horizontally thus saving the space on the form - yes. Users can select values from the drop down and add rows to select other values from the same drop down - a dream! And many many more. I was so happy! I started developing using this plugin and immediately ran into bugs. I reported them 2 months ago asking to have them fixed asap as I was ready to demo the features to my users. I was told that the bugs will be prioritized. Happy, I continued developing and was just telling my users to be patient and wait for the bugs to be fixed. Two months later, the bugs are still not fixed and we have to postpone the release. Since I was told that the bugs will be fixed, I started developing my other SD for my other users. Also heavily using this plugin. That was one month ago. I implemented the feature and put it on hold waiting for the bugs to be fixed. Today my users have asked to expedite the release and to demo what I have done. I started working on the demo and immediately ran into another bug. I can't explain how frustrating this is to spend so much time developing and not being able to demo let alone release the product due to all these bugs. And what am I supposed to do now? I have been working on the product, users are waiting for it to be in Production, it's ready to go but it is not usable. Just wanted to warn others so they would not end up in my situation.

    This is a great add-on with some excellent, highly needed, options for Service Desk. The Dynamic Forms and Bundled Fields features alone make this a must have for Service Desk! On top of the great add-on they have excellent support as well! Quick responses and quick bug fix turn around.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).
