Really improves commenting experience in JIRA. Some small features could be a tiny bit different, but you cannot please everybody all at once. Having said that - finally a company within Atlassian that actually listens to their users' feedback. Thank you guys!

  Thank you for your valuable feedback & suggestions. We have hired a graphic design guy to help with "white space, button size & location, etc". Hopefully you will see some improvements in this area.

  Meanwhile, the other bug fixes have been assigned to our tech team and will be investigated and resolved.

This app used to be free and the latest version is now a paid app. That's understandable so I went to get a license but it costs 750 dollars for a starter license for 10 people! Outrageous pricing that is usually 10 dollars for a small starter licensing for testing, development, and practice. No way to rollback the update either so guess I'm uninstalling...

  We appreciate your feedback.

  With the proposed phase-out of Atlassian’s Server hosting service in February 2024, customers must elect to migrate their apps to either Data Centre or Cloud.

  This customer decision is based on a number of factors such as, type of organisation, size of organisation, number of users, number of applications and add-ons, migration costs, degree of difficulty, service interruption and ongoing subscription fees, to name a few.

  At Votazz we have elected to focus our services and strategy on customers who are migrating their Jira instance from Server to Data Centre.

  As our resources are limited, we have decided we cannot be all things to all clients, and decided in the post-Server environment, to focus solely on Enterprise customers on Data Centre.

  So our pricing is set, as you say for “Enterprises user tiers for businesses”

  These larger clients are more demanding and our subscription fees are set to reflect these requirements.

The new design is very non-comfortable. There is a ton of whitespace which thus takes up to much screen real-estate. Please redesign ASAP!!!
