Excellent experience with the Resolution plugin and the support provided by Abdulaziz and Johannes. They were highly knowledgeable, responsive, and instrumental in helping us successfully migrate from traditional login authentication to SAML SSO for both Jira and Confluence. Their guidance made the setup and migration process smooth and seamless. Highly recommended!

Plugin is a solid engineering effort and if there are problems, e.g., after a major Jira LTS-jump or in terms of missing features, then the staff at Reichert are very helpful. Great product & service!
