    This is the best add-on product. This vendor provides great support quickly. I am very grateful that I can use this product in Japan. I'd love to introduce it to other users and encourage them to use it.

    This is a great add-on, flexible and very useful. In addition, the support behind the add-on is top-notch. We had a problem with the plugin after upgrading Confluence from 6.1.3 to 6.3.1 - I submitted a ticket and Christian reached out to me to help me resolve it. We are in the Pacific Time Zone and he's in the Central European Time (CET) Zone - an 8 hour difference. Time conflicts were such that he was helping me at 8pm, his local time. Wonderful support - very helpful, and they make sure the problem is addressed.

    Not only is this plugin extremely powerful and played an absolutely critical role in making our company's migration from LDAP to a SAML provider possible, their support team were absolute rock stars in assisting us with our implementation. From multi-IdP support to clear attribute mapping and many other nifty features, this plugin is truly built to support enterprise level SSO for Jira and we know who we will be using for SSO for Confluence. Highly recommended!

    Plugins works geat in web browser but it doesn't support Jira server mobile app (currently in beta). The app seems working at first time but app doesn't keep the authenticated login after several hours. I think Jira mobile app + SAML SSO needs to continue as "logged in" as Confluence + SAML SSO works without problem. Are you working for this ?

    These are problems in the Atlassian mobile Apps (Confluence & Jira) itself (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-57996) and affect all SSO solutions not just our plugin. Please vote for the linked Issue, as it increases Atlassian's priority for a fix. For the Jira App we actually have a workaround that works for some customers, please contact our support: https://resolution.de/go/support

    Plugin works great, customer support is quick and knowledgeable. Lots of options to customize things. Username and Group translations with regexps for example, or the ability to change the plugin's behaviour based on HTTP headers come in really useful.

    How does server app pricing work?

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Desk (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.
