This is a great add-on, flexible and very useful. In addition, the support behind the add-on is top-notch. We had a problem with the plugin after upgrading Confluence from 6.1.3 to 6.3.1 - I submitted a ticket and Christian reached out to me to help me resolve it. We are in the Pacific Time Zone and he's in the Central European Time (CET) Zone - an 8 hour difference. Time conflicts were such that he was helping me at 8pm, his local time. Wonderful support - very helpful, and they make sure the problem is addressed.

Been using the plugin on our Atlassian suite in large enterprise env with huge userbase. Works flawlessly 😎. Covers nearly every aspect of SSO and on top of this has some other neat features, like User Sync. And in case of emergency, you always have wonderful support team.
Update for 2021. I'll probably keep updating this review every time I talk to re:solution support. They are incredible! Got issue, received response next morning and test fix next day. Boom! Scrap Data Center built-in SAML (it's functionality is nearly non-existant). Use this plugin - it's very well worth every penny.
I am just finishing an "upgrade weekend"- we ran into an issue with our SAM SSO deployment and called on Resolution for help- despite the weekend they worked with us to resolve the issue and we now have an upgraded system ready for all users to start their week on Monday.

Robust, customizable and seamlessly integrated with AzureAD. Covering all the bases (even where Atlassian falls short since 5 years - see JRASERVER-42614 for Azure guest user accounts) and has advanced options for transformations, regex, redirects...the list goes on - highly recommended!
On top, their support is an absolute blast! Deep knowledge of their solution, DB administration as well as Jira/Confluence itself and amazing customer care (special credits to Zizo!)

We needed this plugin so that we could leverage SSO and 2fa for our admin portal. Something Atlassian doesn't provide out of the box for Server version. The plugin was easy to test, and the few questions I ran into were immediately addressed by the amazing support staff directly on the wiki page. Custom redirects after login even allowed us to use apache redirects to push our customers from the base domain to their support portal, without creating a headache for our agents.
As an Atlassian Partner we are always on the lookout for good plugins to enhance the Atlassian experience.

- How does server app pricing work?
Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my server pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. For Jira 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (500 users) and Jira Service Management (25 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.
- Can I install this app in a Data Center product?
