The plugin for the Atlassian server products "just works" and stays invisible just as this kind of plugin should. But the level of support and dedication to solving issues is superb. While debugging a weird corner-case, the people in support really saved the day with novel ideas to try out.

We use the addon for SSO and user sync together with Entra ID. It offers countless possibilities such as field mappings including Groovy scripting or a flexibly configurable user deactivator. We are very happy with it. The support is also great - fast and competent.
