Board sets and reusable data sources reduce the effort of maintaining many similar charts. The app is powerful, so we created a few standard templates before rolling it out to less experienced users.

Burnup and Monte Carlo complement each other well. One shows progress and scope change; the other expresses delivery-date risk as probabilities. Together they make roadmap reporting much more credible.

The combination of WIP aging, CFD, cycle time, and throughput gives us a complete flow conversation. Teams can see current risks, historical speed, output stability, and bottlenecks without switching products.

Multi-board reporting is the reason we adopted the app. We can create a leadership dashboard across teams and still drill into the specific sprint, project, or issue behind a number.
