Absolutely terrible customer service. We were in the process of purchasing the addon and had to raise a support request (JELSUSSUP-66) with them prior to getting our SEN. The request was created on the 13th of Sept. and we provided them with all the information requested. I also provided them with our SEN when we received our licence on the 14th. Since then we have had no response whatsoever from their support team. We have commented three times asking for an update. If this is representative of their support for this commercial addon, I'd recommend any buyers beware whilst dealing with this vendor.

Evaluation must be convenient. Limitation for 25 users? You serious? I don't want even try...
